What is jusangjeolli cliff?

Jusangjeolli Cliff is a popular natural landmark located on the eastern coast of Jeju Island in South Korea. It is a unique cliff formation formed by volcanic lava flows that have been weathered and eroded over time. The name "Jusangjeolli" literally means "bamboo-formed rocks piled up along the coast," and the columns of rock stand up to 20 meters tall. The rock formations are said to resemble a stack of stone pillars or bamboo shoots. Visitors to Jusangjeolli can experience the beauty of the cliffs up close by walking along a path that runs along the top of the cliffs, or by exploring the base of the cliffs where they can see the rocky columns from different angles. The formation is listed as one of the natural monuments and is protected by the Korean government. It is regarded as a must-visit tourist destination by travelers visiting Jeju Island.
